Woodland Symphony Bowl
Handcrafted in my New Jersey workshop, this elegant segmented bowl combines the natural beauty of three classic hardwoods: Cherry, Maple, and Walnut. Constructed from 73 individual pieces, the bowl showcases the rich contrast between the warm reddish tones of cherry, the light creamy hues of maple, and the deep chocolate color of walnut.
The bowl is made from 25 pieces of cherry, 24 pieces of maple, and 24 pieces of walnut, carefully arranged to create a balanced and visually striking design. Every segment was individually cut, assembled, turned, and finished by hand, reflecting the precision and patience required in segmented woodturning.
Measuring approximately 10½ inches in diameter at the top, with a 5½-inch base and standing 3 inches tall, this bowl is perfectly sized for display on a coffee table, shelf, or countertop. Its graceful shape and contrasting wood tones make it a beautiful decorative piece and a testament to traditional woodworking craftsmanship.
